Non vi parlerò della bellezza del luogo.. Ma di una unique sensory experience e del suo contesto magico. Siamo stati accolti da Mr. Bybo che con grande professionalità ci ha accompagnato nella scelta delle portate .. Abbiamo intrapreso un percorso sensoriale che ci ha lasciato senza parole..piatti tradizionali con una evoluzione che solo i grandi chef possono prepararli e qui signori miei abbiamo grandissimi CHEF! Un sentito grazie a Mr. Bybo (maestro di sala eccezionale e impeccabile!!) Chef Pâtissier, Domenico (i suoi dolci ... magnificenza pura) Francesca (sommelier straordinaria) e Sara che con grande professionalità ci ha illustrato le caratteristiche delle portate. La nostra serata è stata magnifica... ..Ed anche la luna bussò..folgorata dalla "Luce" splendente di Ognissanti!

Finalmente… l’arrivo del nuovo chef si è sentita. Grazie Ognissanti, grazie luce. Il menu degustazione è un viaggio alla scoperta della tradizione in una veste innovativa. Ci ritornerò!

Siamo stati in questo splendido ristorante a fine maggio. Quando ti fanno assaggiare il pesce frollato ed i salumi di pesce con quella qualità…beh tutto il resto passa in secondo piano. Location, servizio, cucina, cantina, prezzo…siete pronti per la stella ⭐!!!
